Mick is off on another 1000 mile ride to raise funds for another good cause, this time on a diminutive C90.  He's making steady progress early in the ride.

Dave Lomax rings in with an update, having just met Mick for a Formula 1 style pit stop at a local service station.  Mick is up against it, time wise, so no rest for the weary from here on out.


Mick's on-bike phone system is out of charge, so we won't know whether he's accomplished his goal until about 1900hrs tonight...

With 1200 miles to go, Mick is into the 5th day of his 5000mile, 5 day ride.  He's into short loops for the duration, which will let him sneak in for a rest if need be.

The miles are ratcheting up as Mick has found some swift traffic to pace the miles along.  The bike and equipment are holding up well (excluding the Zumo).

Mid way through day 4, the fatigue is firmly set in.  A bit behind schedule, Mick presses on.
